Dana

This retreat is offered out of generosity. If you feel moved to engage in this circle of generosity and would like to support the teachers in spreading the Dhamma you can make a donation now. There will also be an opportunity to contribute at the end of the program.

The Three Bases of Insight Dialogue is an offering in three parts, each focusing on one of the three basic elements of Insight Dialogue – meditative awareness, the wisdom teachings of the Buddha, and human’s natural relatedness – which form the foundation and a path for letting go and liberation.

This program is designed for experienced Insight Dialogue practitioners wishing to deepen their practice and their understanding of Insight Dialogue. Participants will meet for three consecutive Sundays in real-time via Zoom for 3,5 hours (including a 30 minutes break). These extended sessions allow a deepening of meditative qualities, an in-depth experience of the dharma, and a deeper investigation of the relational field. Using the framework of the three bases as a navigation map the participants will explore the interconnection of the three bases in Insight Dialogue practice and their synergies with the six guidelines.

Besides dialogue in groups of two or more with guided contemplations and Dharma talks, there will be times of silent sitting and mindful movement as well as rest periods. The workshop is spacious to support deeper immersion.

Limited Space: Due to the nature of online practice there are a limited number of spaces available. Out of respect to all who wish to participate, we ask, that before registering, you are committed to attending all sessions for the duration of the course. Naturally, we will be flexible with extenuating circumstances that arise during this time. People will be accepted on a first come first serve basis and their ability to commit to attending all sessions.
