Accommodations: The retreat will be held at the Sirius intentional community near Amherst, MA. Participants may choose to stay at Sirius or at one of numerous Airbnbs or hotels in the area.

Accommodations at the Sirius Community can be reserve during registration.

  • Private room with queen bed, very limited: $99/night

    Meals: Vegetarian meals are available.

    An Introduction to Insight Dialogue Weekend

    We often perceive ourselves as separate from the deeply relational universe we live in, and when we suffer, our reaction is to increase that separation. The Buddha taught a path to freedom that recognizes the interdependence of all things. By accepting this interdependence, we learn to see clearly the conditions that give rise to our suffering and the wise path to follow.

    Through the practice of Insight Dialogue, we can start this journey by letting go of our attachment to self and others, and by fully embracing whatever is present in each moment.
