Subhadra Srinivasan

Subhadra Srinivasan (Subha) has been practicing Insight meditation since 2007 with a focus of loving kindness practice, and graduated from the Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program (MMTCP) in 2023. Subha was introduced to Insight Dialogue under the guidance of Marsha Lawson and Jan Surrey in 2022 and has been practicing Insight Dialogue since. Subha regularly facilitates mindfulness and Insight Dialogue offerings for Valley Insight and has a special love for Dharma contemplation. She is a high school math teacher and enjoys making mindfulness practices accessible to teenagers. She lives in Lebanon, New Hampshire.
