Stéphane Benoist

Stéphane Benoist has been practicing meditation in the Insight tradition since 2015 and Insight Dialogue since 2018; he has been offering Insight Dialogue since 2020. He is particularly interested in bringing gentleness to the deep commitment to formal and informal practice. Mentored by Insight Dialogue teacher Jan Surrey, Stéphane is a student of Soto Zen teacher Rev. Tenku Ruff, and is influenced by the teachings of Michele McDonald. He currently lives in Queens, New York.
