Moriah Armstrong

A lifelong meditator, Moriah settled into to the Buddha’s teachings in the early 2000. She was introduced to Insight Dialogue in 2010 when she attended a retreat with Gregory Kramer. As Insight Dialogue practice became more integral in her daily life, she touched the power and beauty of sangha and the depth of investigation. She joined an Insight Dialogue facilitator cohort in 2017. In addition to facilitating Insight Dialogue for practice groups, she has served on a number of Insight Dialogue Community teams including the Guiding Sangha, Practice Opportunities and Events Team, and the Fundraising Team.
