Three-day Insight Dialogue Non-residential Retreat
With Gregory Kramer and Mary Burns
January 30 - February 1, 2015
Insight Dialogue is an interpersonal meditation practice that brings the mindfulness and tranquility of traditional silent meditation into our experience with others. Resting on the foundation of traditional Buddhist teachings, this practice offers a way to integrate our dedication to a path of wisdom and compassion with our relational lives. Every human encounter can be recognized as a potential contribution to further awakening. Relationship can turn from a place of great confusion to a source of support for insight and deep care. Discover how our capacity for inquiry deepens when we meditate together in dialogue. It is here we taste the energy and joy born at the intersection of interpersonal meditation and deep silence.
