Insight Dialogue brings the mindfulness and tranquility of traditional silent meditation practice into our interactions with others. “Pause” is the first of the six guidelines in this radical practice. Practicing “pause” offers the choice and opportunity to step out of habit into an openhearted response to the joys and challenges of daily life. Meditating together with dialogue, we serve as each other’s reminder to awaken to the mind’s great potential for awareness and freedom. This two day retreat is both an introduction to Insight Dialogue and an opportunity to deepen practice.
