Insight Dialogue is an interpersonal meditation practice bringing the mindfulness and tranquility of silent meditation directly into our experience with other people.

We will be guided into the six practice guidelines of Insight Dialogue and explore the challenges of living together and how to free ourselves from relational suffering.

This event is suitable for beginners.

Bhikkhu Sukhacitto was born in Germany in 1963 and first came into contact with Buddhism in 1986 in Thailand by attending a meditation retreat, offered through Wat Suan Mokkh.
