The Introduction to Online Insight Dialogue is an eight-week offering which covers the Insight Dialogue guidelines using the Four Noble Truths as a contemplative frame. The program focuses on the core elements of Relational Dhamma practiced in an online framework, and serves as a gateway for students to later enter the Whole Life Program, Metta Programs’ long-term online learning community.

Participants will meet online in real-time via Skype on Wednesdays, 8:30am-10:00am US Eastern (5:30am-7:00am US Pacific) for eight consecutive weeks. Each week’s guideline and teaching are supported by two to five pages of written materials and participants will have forum access to share reflections and insights between practice sessions.
