Insight Dialogue is a relational meditation practice that broadens and deepens both the understanding of the Buddha’s teachings and its application to everyday, moment to moment practice in the places we are often most challenged: our relational lives.

Combining silent meditation with guided Insight Dialogue practice, this one-day retreat will hone ‘whole life’ practice with self and other as we investigate the truth of the moment.
