What exactly is Spiritual Friendship? How do we cultivate and sustain Spiritual Friendship as the “whole of the holy life” – with self and other, moment to moment, and over time?
Combining silent meditation with guided Insight Dialogue practice, this one-day retreat will focus us in ‘whole life’ practice as we explore Spiritual Friendship. The guidelines for Insight Dialogue Meditation support the practice and experience of spiritual friendship in this very moment and in all our lives. We will inquire into the possibility of awakening together.
