This weekend we explore together what it means to be and live as a “Noble Friend”. We practice silent meditation, engage in dialogue and study, investigate individually and together this important topic of which the Buddha declared: “Noble Friendship is the whole of the Spiritual Life”. Suitable for beginners and experienced meditators.

Note: This is not an insight dialogue retreat, but the retreat is rooted in relational Dhamma.

Bhikkhu Sukhacitto

Bhikkhu Sukhacitto was born in Germany in 1963 and first came into contact with Buddhism in 1986 in Thailand by attending a meditation retreat, offered through Wat Suan Mokkh.
