Embodying Presence in Relationships
With Patricia Genoud-Feldman
November 21, 2015
Insight Dialogue is an interpersonal meditation practice rooted in mindfulness and tranquillity, enabling insight to arise and providing a valuable means of integration of presence in our relationship to others.
During this exploration, we also begin to recognize the reactive patterns of the mind that are painful and choose instead to strengthen qualities of the mind that are helpful and healing. This kind of practice engenders a steadfast trust in ourselves as well as in the natural emerging wisdom of our hearts.
The method requires that we extend the silent mode of meditation to the sphere of relationship through speaking and listening with/to each other, when invited by the teacher.
Specific instructions and contemplations will be offered by the teacher to support the Insight Dialogue practice.
