Non-residential Insight Dialogue Urban Retreat
A Dharma based retreat that integrates individual and relational meditation or Insight Dialogue.
The focus of this retreat is to explore (through the perspective of Insight Dialogue) the experience of being in relational contact with another. We will look at contact, relationships, the other, expectations, desires, dissatisfaction and the possibility of maturing more balance, comprehension, equanimity, and freedom through the practice.
The retreat will be held in silence except for structured periods of Insight Dialogue practice. There will be times of silent sitting, mindful movement, and dialogue in groups of two or more, with guided contemplations.
The retreat is open to ID beginners and long-time meditation practitioners.

Antonella Commellato teaches retreats, day longs, and guides Insight Dialogue and Dharma Contemplation groups in Italy.
