The Three Bases of Insight Dialogue is an offering in three parts, each focusing on one of the three basic elements of Insight Dialogue – meditative awareness, the wisdom teachings of the Buddha, and human’s natural relatedness – which form the foundation and a path for letting go and liberation.

This program is designed both for experienced Insight Dialogue practitioners and for Insight Dialogue facilitators and teachers wishing to deepen their practice and understanding of Insight Dialogue.

Participants will meet over three days via Zoom for 3,5 hours each day. These extended sessions allow a deepening of meditative qualities, while enabling the experience of in-depth Dharma in contemplative dialogue practice. Using the framework of the three bases as a navigation map participants will explore the interconnection of the three bases in Insight Dialogue practice and their synergies with the six Insight Dialogue guidelines.

There will be dialogue in groups with guided contemplations, dharma talks, silent and guided meditations as well as creative somatic body exercises to enliven participants’ experience, bringing awareness practice into movement.

“In Insight Dialogue, we experience the power of meditative qualities, wisdom teachings, and relationship working together to transform our hearts. This offering on the three bases of Insight Dialogue helps us to understand this power. This enhances our practice—and our lives. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking to mature their understanding and practice of Insight Dialogue and relational Dhamma.”
– Gregory Kramer
