Prerequisite: Prior experience in a contemplative practice and familiarity with Insight Dialogue through reading or practice is recommended, but not required.

This five-session series for people with Asian heritage meets two Mondays and three Tuesdays.  We will cover the six guidelines of Insight Dialogue while exploring what it means to be of Asian heritage.

When you register, please indicate which days you can commit to attending.  You are not required to attend all sessions, but the more you attend, the deeper will be your understanding and connection. There is minimum of four people to maximum twenty-four for each session.
